Our pets bring us so much joy, so it’s never ever easy when it’s their time to leave us and cross the Rainbow Bridge. If you’re in the position of saying goodbye to your pet, please know that I am so very sorry. I know how difficult this journey is for you, as I’ve been through it myself, most recently with my beautiful kitty Zoe, who passed away earlier this year. There’s nothing I can do to ease your pain, but I can help you capture beautiful pet portraits with end-of-life pet photography so you can hold on to these memories with your pet forever.
If you’re researching end-of-life pet photography, I hope to share more about these sessions so that you feel ready to schedule one. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact me here. I’m happy to answer and provide any support.

What is End-of-Life Pet Photography
End-of-life pet photography is what it sounds like; these are very special sessions that take place when you know that time is running out for your pet. I specifically reserve time in my calendar to take these sessions because I know how important they are for grieving pet parents. I do everything within my power to take them for my clients. While this is a difficult time, an end-of-life pet photography session is really more of a celebration. We celebrate your incredible bond and connection with each other. We capture professional pet portraits that will preserve the essence of your pet so you can hold onto them long after they cross the Rainbow Bridge.

What to Expect During an End-of-Life Pet Photography Session
How does an end-of-life pet photography session work? These sessions are pet-led, meaning we go at your pet’s pace. We meet them where they are in their journey. If being at home is the best option, then we have the session at your home. If they’re up for a little park visit or walk, then we can do that, too. We’ll decide what’s best for you and your pet during our consultation and session planning process. We plan on taking lots of breaks during the session if needed. You might need a break, and that’s completely fine and expected.
Expect laughter, snuggles, and maybe a few tender moments, all captured with my camera.

After the Session
After the session, you’ll receive your gallery of images. Many clients love creating an album of images or a printed wall art piece for their home. Allow me to take this precious task off your plate by handling the design, printing, and delivery for you. You’ll have professional museum-quality portrait artwork that you can treasure forever.
